Ben joined Disability Consulting Support (DCS) as a Support Worker in 2021, bringing with him a strong background in customer service through his experience as a successful small business owner. Driven by a passion for helping others and seeking a meaningful lifestyle change, Ben transitioned into the disability sector; where he has flourished.

His dedication and leadership have seen him grow within the organisation, and he now holds the role of Maintenance Team Supervisor. In this position, Ben works closely with employees in our work crew, supporting individuals with diverse needs and capabilities.

Outside of work, Ben is an avid traveller who enjoys exploring new parts of the world. He also has a strong passion for music, which adds to his vibrant and well-rounded personality.
